• 800_01【Labium majus; Greater lip大陰唇 Labium majus pudendi】 Longitudinal prominence overlying a pad of fat. It is covered with hair on its external surfaces. It extends from the mons pubis to the perineum and borders with the pudendal cleft.
  　→(大陰唇は男性の陰嚢に相当する。その皮膚の正常も陰嚢に似て色が浅黒く、陰毛も生えているけれども、陰嚢と違って左右のものが正中で癒合せずに、分かれている。内面は粘膜様の皮膚の隆起。この左右の大陰唇の間の裂け目を陰裂という。左右の大陰唇と、その間の陰裂を総称して陰門という。)

• 800_02【Urethral carina of vagina腟の尿道隆起 Carina urethralis vaginae】 It is formed by the female urethra in the anterior vaginal wall and represents a prolongation of the vaginal columns to external.

• 800_03【Hymen処女膜；腟弁 Hymen】 Cutaneous fold that usually arises from the posterior wall of the vagina and partially closes the entrance to the vagina as a virginal membrane.
  　→(処女膜は薄い膜状のひだで、二層処女膜(hymen bifenestratus, hymen biforis：広い中隔で分かれている二窓をもつ処女膜)、篩状処女膜(cribriform hymen：多数の小さな穿孔をもつ処女膜)、歯状処女膜(denticulate hymen：鋸歯状の縁をもつ処女膜)、無孔処女膜(Imperforate hymen：開口部がなく、膜が完全に腟口をおおう処女膜)、漏斗状処女膜(Infundibuliform hymen：中央に緩斜面の縁の付いた開口部をもつ突出状漏斗の形をした処女膜)、彫刻状処女膜(hymen sculptatus：非常に凸凹が激しく、ギザギザした縁のついた処女膜)、中隔処女膜(septate hymen：細い組織の帯によって２個の開口部が分離している処女膜)、部分的中隔処女膜(hymen subseptus：開口部が中隔により部分的に閉じた処女膜)、垂直処女膜(vertical hymen：開口部が垂直である処女膜)などがある。種々の理由で破れる以前は腟を閉鎖している。処女でもしばしば失われているが、通常、その痕跡が処女膜痕として残っている。)

• 800_04【Frenulum of labia minora; Frenulum of pudendal labia陰唇小帯 Frenulum labiorum pudendi】 Posterior fold with a narrow margin between the labia minora. It can be torn during childbirth.
  　→(陰唇小帯は後陰唇交連の前方にある鋭角の皮膚のヒダ。小陰唇後端の左右連結部にあたる。)

• 800_05【Perineal raphe; Perineal tendinous raphe会陰縫線；会陰腱縫線 Raphe perinei】 Continuation of the raphe of scrotum, formed during development.
  　→(会陰縫線は陰嚢放線、陰茎縫線のつづきとして会陰の正中にある皮膚縫合線で、発生学的にきまる。)

• 800_06【Anus肛門 Anus】 Inferior opening of the anal canal, encircled by the subcutaneous and superficial parts of external anal sphincter muscle.
  　→(肛門は消化下管の末端が外部へ開く部分である。外肛門括約筋の表在部と皮膚部に囲まれた肛門管の開口。 実質的な機能を持つ肛門は、むしろ肛門管と考えてよい。)

• 800_07【Intergluteal cleft; Natal cleft; Anal cleft殿裂；殿間裂；臀裂；臀間裂 Crena analis; Crena ani; Crena interglutealis】 Anal cleft. Indentation between the buttocks.
  　→(肛門が開いている両臀間の溝。)

• 800_08【Mons pubis恥丘 Mons pubis】 Area of skin overlying a pad of fat and bearing hair in front of and above the pubic symphysis.
  　→(恥丘は女性の恥骨結合の前面で、皮膚が丸くもりあがっているところである。皮下脂肪組織が良く発達しているためである。思春期以後、陰毛を生じる。)

• 800_09【Anterior commissure of labia majora; Anterior labial commissure前陰唇交連 Commissura labiorum anterior】 Anterior junction of the tissue of the two labia.
  　→(左右大陰唇の前方での連結部。(Feneis))

• 800_10【Prepuce of clitoris陰核包皮 Preputium clitoridis】 Union of the two labia minora above the glans of clitoris.
  　→(小陰唇は陰核の部分で前後２葉に分かれ、前葉は陰核包皮として陰核亀頭を包む。)

• 800_11【Glans of clitoris陰核亀頭 Glans clitoridis♀】 End of the body of clitoris that ca. swell.
  　→(陰核亀頭は前庭球と関連している陰核の尖端。部分的に包皮で被われる。)

• 800_12【Frenulum of clitoris陰核小帯 Frenulum clitoridis】 Small fold that gives attachment to the two labia minora below the glans of clitoris.
  　→(小陰唇から陰核の下面へと走る二重のヒダ。(Feneis))

• 800_13【Labium minus; Lesser lip小陰唇 Labium minus pudendi】 Cutaneous fold that is devoid of fat and hair and contains sebaceous glands. It forms the boundary of the vestibule of vagina.
  　→(小陰唇は大陰唇の内側にある２つの皮膚とヒダである。皮膚は毛や脂肪を欠き平滑で、粘膜に似ている。陰毛はないが豊富な皮脂腺をもつ扁平なヒダ。成人では小陰唇は大陰唇で被われている。小児では、大陰唇の発達が悪いので、小陰唇の大部分は陰核とともに露出する。後方で左右が連絡する部分に陰唇小体というヒダをつくる。)

• 800_14【External urethral orifice; External urinary meatus; External urethral opening外尿道口（女性尿道の） Ostium urethrae externum; Orificium urethrae externum】
  　→(陰核２～３cm下方に位置する。（Feneis）)

• 800_15【Vestibule of vagina腟前庭 Vestibulum vaginae】 It is enclosed mainly by the labia minora. Site of opening of the female urethra, vagina, and greater and lesser vestibular glands.
  　→(腟前庭は、胎生期の尿生殖洞の名残である。左右の小陰唇の間にある裂隙で、ここに尿道・腟および大前庭腺の導管が開いている。尿生殖洞は尿直腸中隔の発達により直腸から分離した後の排泄腔の腹側部。男女両性の膀胱下部、男性の尿道前立腺部、女性胃の尿道と腟前庭を生じる。)

• 800_16【Vaginal orifice; Vaginal opening腟口 Ostium vaginae; Orificium vaginae】 Opening of the vagina into the vestibule.
  　→(腟口すなわち腟の開口部は外尿道口の約１ｃｍ後方にあり、外尿道口より大きい。大前庭腺の導管は腟口のすぐ外側で、小陰唇との間に開いている。)

• 800_17Bartholin's gland; Duverney's gland; Giedemann's gland【Greater vestibular gland; Bartholin's gland大前庭腺；バルトリン腺 Glandula vestibularis major】 Mucous glands on both sides of the posterior end of the bulb of the vestibule. Their long excretory duct opens at the vestibule of vagina between the labia minora and vaginal orifice.
  　→(バルトリン腺とも呼ばれる。大前庭線は男性の尿道球腺にあたるエンドウ豆大の球状の腺で、腟口の左右両側の深部で浅会陰隙にある。大前庭腺は無色ないし薄い乳白色の粘稠な分泌物を分泌する。分泌は性的興奮によって促進され腟前庭を潤す。バルトリン家はデンマークで三代続いた医学者の家系である。この腺に名をのこすのは孫のKaspar Baritolin II (1655-1738)で、1677年に記載された。このほかにバルトリン管（舌下線管Bartholin's duct: 1685年）にもその名がある。)
