稜上平面Supracristal plane(Planum supracristale)

稜上平面【りょうじょうへいめん】 Horizontal plane through the uppermost point of the iliac crest. It transects the vertebral column at the level of the fourth lumbar spinous process.(腸骨稜頂平面ともいう。左右の腸骨稜の最上点を含む人体横断面を稜上平面とよぶ。同平面は第４腰椎の棘突起を横切る。臍の高さでほぼ第４腰椎位に当たる臍平面(umbilical plane)とほぼ一致する。ヤコビの線(Jacoby's line)とよばれ、腰椎穿刺の臍の位置決定に重要視される。)
