近位横足弓Proximal transverse arch of foot(Arcus pedis transversus proximalis)

近位横足弓【きんいおうそくきゅう】 Transverse arch of the midfoot, which is composed of the navicular, cuneiform, and cuboid. It reaches its highest point below the cuneiform bones. I, II, and III.(足の横径の弓。足の中足の弓で、舟状骨、楔状骨、立方骨と５個の中足骨により形成される。横足弓は横に引く力によって確保される。その力は後脛骨筋と長腓骨筋が互いに反対方向の力を加えることによる。もし、足の回外筋群（特に下腿三頭筋と後脛骨筋）と回内筋のバランスが乱れ、回内筋群に傾けば腓骨筋群は踵骨をより回内位へと近づけ、扁平足ができる大きな要因となる。２つの腓骨筋は外側縁を挙上する。その拮抗筋は足の内側縁を下制し、足底弓が下がる。)
