大泉門；前頭泉門Anterior fontanelle(Fonticulus anterior)

大泉門；前頭泉門【だいせんもん；ぜんとうせんもん】 Quadrilateral gap located in the anterior part of the sagittal suture between the parietal and frontal bones. It closes by the second or third year of life.(Fonticulus anteriorを直訳すれば前頭泉門となるが日本語では大泉門が用いられている。左右の前頭骨部分および左右の頭頂骨により境される。冠状縫合、矢状縫合、前頭縫合の間にある最大の菱形の泉門で、生後１年半ないし２年で閉鎖し体表から触知できなくなるのがふつうである。)
