頭頂Vertex(Vertex)

頭頂【とうちょう】 Highest point of the central part of the cranial vault.(脳頭蓋あるいは頭蓋冠の中央部で左右の頭頂骨で作られる部分。Vertexは元来は渦巻きの意であるが、二次的に天頂その他もろもろの最頂点を意味するようになった。Vertical（垂直）はその形容詞である。)
