耳管溝【じかんこう】 Shallow groove on the inferior surface of the greater wing of the sphenoid lateral to the root of the pterygoid process that lodges the auditory tube.(蝶形骨の大翼の後縁は側頭骨の岩様部（錐体）に対向して蝶錐体裂をつくるところで、厚く、直線的である。その外側部は斜めに走る浅い耳管溝となり、その内側端は翼状突起根部の舟状窩の上方につづいている。)
