筋耳管管；筋管総管【きんじかんかん】 Pair of canals located anterior to the carotid canal that extend into the tympanic cavity, one for the auditory tube and the other for the tensor tympani muscle.(錐体下面の前縁に沿い、鱗部に接する所に、前内方から後外方に向かい鼓室に至る筋耳管管があり、菲薄な筋耳管管中隔により上下の２部に分かれる。)
