大錐体神経溝；大浅錐体神経溝【だいすいたいしんけいこう；だいせんすいたいしんけいこう】 Groove for transmission of the greater petrosal nerve, extending anteromedially from the hiatus for the greater petrosal nerve to the foramen lacerum.(錐体前面の外方には錐体の長軸とほぼ平行に走る２小溝があって、その内上側が大錐体神経溝である。大錐体神経の通路である。)
