涙骨突起（下鼻甲介の）【るいこつとっき（かびこうかいの）】 Process that projects anterosuperiorly from the inferior nasal concha toward the lacrimal bone.(涙骨突起は上縁の前部から上に向かい、その上縁が涙骨下端に着き、このように下鼻甲介が上顎骨の鼻涙溝の下部を被って鼻涙管の下端部がつくられる。)
