上顎面（口蓋骨の）Maxillary surface of palatine bone(Facies maxillaris ossis palatini)

上顎面（口蓋骨の）【じょうがくめん（こうがいこつの）】 External surface of the perpendicular plate of the palatine bone. Its posterior part borders with the pterygopalatine fossa from medial, and its anterior part with the maxillary sinus from posterior.(口蓋骨の外側の上顎面は大部分、上顎体に着く粗面で、後上方から前下方に走る大口蓋溝がある。これは上顎骨の同名の溝と合して大口蓋管をつくる。)
