鼻甲介稜（口蓋骨の）【びこうかいりょう（こうがいこつの）】 Ridge providing attachment for the posterior end of the inferior nasal concha.(口蓋骨の内側面すなわち鼻腔面は平滑で、前後に走る２条の稜がある。下方のものを稜を鼻甲介稜（下鼻甲介上縁が着く）という。)
