椎骨動脈溝Groove for vertebral artery(Sulcus arteriae vertebralis)

椎骨動脈溝【ついこつどうみゃくこう】 Groove on the arch of the atlas behind the lateral mass that transmits the vertebral artery.(環椎の後弓が外側塊に移行する部位の上面には外前方から内後方に向かう椎骨動脈溝がみられる。椎骨動脈および後頭下神経が通る。椎骨動脈溝の後縁の隆起線には環椎後頭膜が付く。この部に椎骨動脈溝を超えて外側塊に至る骨梁を見ることがある。)
