手根溝Carpal groove(Sulcus carpi)

手根溝【しゅこんこう】 Palmar groove between the tubercles of the scaphoid and trapezium on the radial side and the hook of hamate and pisiform on the ulnar side. It is converted by a transverse ligament into a closed canal for the flexor tendons of the fingers.(手根は全体として背側は凸弯し、掌側は内側縁と外側縁がとくに高くなるので、中央が溝状にくぼむ。これは手根骨が近位裂および遠位裂においてそれぞれアーチ上に並んでいるためである。内側の隆起（[JNA]Eminentia carpi ulnaris尺側手根隆起）は豆状骨と有鈎骨鈎、外側の隆起([JNA]Eminentia carpi radialis橈側手根隆起）は舟状骨結節と大菱形骨結節が堤防状に掌側に隆起している。そのため手根の掌側では中央に溝状の深いくぼみである手根溝を生じている。生体では、内側縁と外側縁の隆起の間を強い靱帯（屈筋支帯）が橋渡しして、手根溝は手根管というトンネルになり、指に行く腱の通路となっている。)
