骨盤下口；骨盤出口【こつばんかこう；こつばんでぐち】 Lower opening of the lesser pelvis between the coccyx, the ischial tuberosities, and the inferior pubic rami.(骨盤腔の出口は骨盤下口であるが、この縁は凹凸の多い線をなしている。すなわち骨盤を下方からながめると、恥骨結合の下縁から恥骨下枝・坐骨枝の下縁を経て坐骨結節の内側縁に至り、次いで小坐骨切痕、坐骨棘、大坐骨切痕を経て仙骨外側縁に沿って尾骨の先端に達している。)
