膝窩筋溝；膝窩溝【しつかきんこう；しつかこう】 Furrow between the lateral condyle and the lateral epicondyle.(膝窩筋溝は大腿骨外側上顆と関節縁の間の外側顆上にある溝。その前端部から膝窩筋が起始する。膝の屈曲時には、その後端部に筋肉の腱が入り込む。)
