蝶下顎靱帯；蝶骨下顎靱帯；蝶顎靱帯Sphenomandibular ligament(Ligamentum sphenomandibulare)

蝶下顎靱帯；蝶骨下顎靱帯；蝶顎靱帯【ちょうかがくじんたい】 Flat band on the internal aspect of the ramus of the mandible that extends from the spine of the sphenoid to the lingula of the mandibular foramen. It connects with the medial side of the discocapsular system of the temporomandibular joint.(蝶下顎靱帯は蝶形骨棘から錐体鼓室裂にかけて起こり、前下方に走り、下顎小舌につくとともに顎舌骨筋神経溝の上をまたいで張る。上部は内側・外側翼突筋間にある結合組織といっしょになっている。関節包との間は顎動・静脈、中硬膜動・静脈で、下顎枝内面との間は下歯槽神経、下歯槽動・静脈などで隔てられている。)
