気管前葉；中頚筋膜（頚筋膜の）Pretracheal layer of cervical fascia; Middle layer of cervical fascia(Lamina pretrachealis fasciae cervicalis)

気管前葉；中頚筋膜（頚筋膜の）【きかんぜんよう；ちゅうけいきんまく（けいきんまくの）】 Middle layer of cervical fascia that is spread between the two bellies of the omohyoid and encloses the infrahyoid muscles. It is attached to the posterior border of the manubrium of the sternum and to both clavicles, blending laterally into the prevertebral layer of cervical fascia and above the hyoid bone into the superficial layer. It splits to form the outer layer of the fibrous capsule enclosing the thyroid gland.(頚筋膜の気管前葉は別名を中頚筋膜Fascia cervicalis mediaともいい舌骨下筋を包む筋膜で、上方は舌骨、下方は胸骨と鎖骨につき、後方は浅葉に合する。肩甲舌骨筋の中間腱を包む部分は強く、鎖骨に結合してその滑車となっている。気管前葉は浅葉の後面に密接し、胸骨上隙のほかはとくに間隙はない。)
