水平裂［右肺の］；右肺副裂Horizontal fissure of right lung(Fissura horizontalis pulmonis dextri)

水平裂［右肺の］；右肺副裂【すいへいれつ［うはいの］；うはいふくれつ】 Cleft that separates the middle and superior lobes. It runs approximately along the level of the fourth rib.(水平裂は右肺のみにみられる。水平裂は肺の前面で第４肋骨に沿ってほぼ水平に横走する。斜裂、水平裂のほかにも、副裂accessory fissureがみられ、これによって副葉accesory lobeが生じることもある。たとえば、右肺上葉の内側面に接して、奇静脈が前方に向かって弓状に走り上大静脈にそそぐが、奇静脈が肺に深く入り込み、奇静脈葉azygos lobeをつくることがある。)
