外側中心核（視床の）【がいそくちゅうしんかく（ししょうの）】 Nucleus lying mostly dorsal to the centromedian nucleus. It sends projections mainly to the parietal and temporal cortex.(外側中心核は中心傍核よりも幅が広く、これと類似の細胞から構成されている。)
