外側頚三角部；後頚三角Lateral cervical region; Posterior triangle(Regio cervicalis lateralis; Trigonum cervicale posterius; Trigonum colli laterale)

外側頚三角部；後頚三角【がいそくけいさんかくぶ；こうけいさんかく】 Triangular region bounded by the clavicle, the anterior border of the trapezius muscle, and the posterior border of the sternocleidomastoid muscle.(外側頚三角は鎖骨の中３／１と胸鎖乳突筋の後縁と僧帽筋の前縁とにはさまれた広い三角形部で、その底辺は鎖骨の直上で深いくぼみを作り、大鎖骨上窩と呼ばれる。後頚三角では、後半棘筋、頭板状筋、肩甲挙筋、中・前斜角筋などが底を作る。後頚三角には、外頚静脈・胸管（左側の三角の下内側）・頚リンパ節・副神経・頚神経叢の枝・腕神経叢がある。後頚三角はさらにさらに肩甲舌骨筋の下腹によって上・下の２部に分かれ、上部を後頭三角、下部を肩甲舌骨三角または肩甲鎖骨三角という。大・小鎖骨上窩は鎖骨下動・静脈の通過位に当たる。)
