縦足弓Longitudinal arch of foot(Arcus pedis longitudinalis)

縦足弓【じゅうそくきゅう】 The longitudinal arch consists of two parts.(縦足弓は体重支持に働く外側部（踵骨→立方骨→第４・５中足骨）と運動時のスプリングとして働く内側部（踵骨→距骨→舟状骨→第１～３中足骨）の両弓から形成される。外側部は小趾弓であり、内側部は母趾弓である。)
