外側縦足弓；縦足弓の外側部Lateral part of longitudinal arch of foot(Pars lateralis arci pedis longitudinalis)

外側縦足弓；縦足弓の外側部【がいそくじゅうそくきゅう；じゅうそくきゅうのがいそくぶ】 It extends from the calcaneal tuberosity over the cuboid to the heads of the fourth and fifth metatarsals.(縦束弓の外側部は縦束弓アーチのうち踵骨、立方骨、外側２本の中足骨で形成される部分。内側部より高さが低く可動性も小さい。内側のアーチが移動時衝撃の吸収に働くのに対して外側部は重量の伝送に働く。)
