前頭縁（蝶形骨大翼の）Frontal margin of sphenoid(Margo frontalis alaris majoris ossis sphenoidalis)

前頭縁（蝶形骨大翼の）【ぜんとうえん（ちょうけいこつだいよくの）】 Border of the greater wing of the sphenoid that is united with the frontal bone.(蝶形骨大翼の頭頂縁より前方大部分は前頭骨と結合する前頭縁である。頭頂縁と前頭縁の間には大翼上縁では明瞭な境界をつけられない。前頭縁より内側は内下方に下降する薄く鋭い縁（眼窩面の後壁）となる。このことは蝶形骨小翼との間にできる上眼窩裂の下縁である。)
