外果面；腓側踝面（距骨の）【がいかめん；ひそくかめん（きょこつの）】 Surface on the lateral aspect of the trochlea of the talus for articulation with the lateral malleolus.(外果面は内果面よりも広い。これは腓骨の外果が脛骨の外果が脛骨の内果よりも１ｃｍほど低い位置にあることと関係がある。)
