頚静脈孔Jugular foramen(Foramen jugulare)

頚静脈孔【けいじょうみゃくこう】 Opening between the occipital bone and the petrous part of the temporal bone that is subdivided by connective tissue. Union of the sigmoid sinus and inferior petrosal sinus. It transmits the internal jugular vein and cranial nerves IX, X, XI.(錐体後頭裂は前端と後端とで広く大きな孔となっている。前端で、錐体の前内側端にある孔は破裂孔といわれ、後端にあるのは頚静脈孔とよばれる（破裂孔に対して後破裂孔とも呼ばれる）。頚静脈孔は側頭骨の錐体部と後頭骨の頚静脈突起との間にある通路。しばしば、頚静脈孔内突起により２つに分けられる。前部を舌咽神経・迷走神経・副神経が通り、後部を内頚静脈が通る。)
