切歯管Incisive canals(Canalis incisivi)

切歯管【せっしかん】 Canals that extend from the floor of the nasal cavity on both sides of the nasal septum to the palate, where they unite as the incisive fossa.(切歯管は口蓋突起の上面の前部で鼻稜に近いところから、前下やや内方に向かって下面内側縁に貫く。両側の上顎骨を合すると、切歯管の下端は正中口蓋縫合の前端の大きな切歯窩の底に開く。大口蓋動脈と鼻口蓋神経がこの管を通り、大口蓋動脈は蝶口蓋動脈の中隔後鼻枝と吻合する。)
