前頭縫合遺残；十字頭蓋Frontal suture; Metopic suture(Sutura frontalis persistens; Sutura metopica)

前頭縫合遺残；十字頭蓋【ぜんとうほうごういざん；じゅうじとうがい】 Suture that normally fuses by the second or third year of life. Persists in 7-8% of people of European descent.(５～６歳で癒合する前頭骨左右半部間の縫合。成人でも眉間縫合として残ることがある。)

前頭縫合【ぜんとうほうごう】 Frontal suture between the right and left halves of the frontal bone that normally fuses by the second or third year of life. It persists in 7-8% of people of European descent.(前頭縫合は前頭骨が初め左右独立して発生するため正中線状に生じた縫合で、通常５～６歳で癒合する前頭骨左右半部間の縫合。消失する。これが成人でも残るときは前頭鱗の正中下部に残ることが多いので眉間縫合ともいう。)
