錐体小窩Petrosal fossula(Fossula petrosa)

錐体小窩【すいたいしょうか】 Small depression on the ridge between the carotid canal and the jugular fossa for the tympanic ganglion of glossopharyngeal nerve.(頚動脈管外口と頚静脈かとの間には三角形の小さい凹みがあるが、これは舌咽神経の下神経節を容れる錐体小窩である。錐体小窩の底には細い鼓室小管が開く。)
