大口蓋溝；翼口蓋溝Greater palatine groove(Sulcus palatinus major; Sulcus pterygopalatinus)

大口蓋溝；翼口蓋溝【だいこうがいこう】 Groove along the posterior border of the maxilla, which forms part of the greater palatine canal for transmission of the greater palatine nerve and the descending palatine artery.(鼻腔面の上頭洞裂孔より後方にある部は口蓋骨の垂直板と結合する。その面の後上部には口蓋骨眼窩突起が接する。この口蓋垂直板と結合する面の後下部には後上方から前下方に斜めに走る大口蓋溝があって、口蓋骨の同名の溝と合して大口蓋管をつくる。)
