縁結節Marginal tubercle(Tuberculum marginale)

Whitnall's tubercle縁結節【えんけっせつ】 Small tubercle that is occasionally present on the posterior margin of the frontal process for attachment of the temporal fascia.(前頭突起の後縁は上部で少し前方に屈曲する。この屈曲部が著明な突隆をつくるとき、縁結節と呼ぶ（側頭筋膜の強い線維が着く）。)
