脊柱管Vertebral canal(Canalis vertebralis)

脊柱管【せきちゅうかん】 Passageway formed by all of the vertebral foramina together. It extends from the foramen magnum to the sacral hiatus and contains the spinal cord.(脊柱管は椎孔が上下に重なり合って出来ている管で、脊髄を入れる。 上は後頭骨の大後頭孔から、下は仙骨の仙骨裂孔までをいい、長さ訳70cmで、中に、脊髄、脊髄膜、脊髄神経根、馬尾等を含む。脊柱管の外側面には椎間孔が左右に存在し、そこから脊髄神経、椎骨動脈、肋間動脈、腰動脈、腸腰動脈、外側仙骨動脈及びそれらと同名の静脈等が出入りする。)
