第一胸椎鈎；鈎状突起（第一胸椎の）Uncus of body of first thoracic vertebra; Uncinate process of first thoracic vertebra(Uncus corporis vertebrae thoracicae primae; Processus uncinatus vertebrae thoracicae primae)

第一胸椎鈎；鈎状突起（第一胸椎の）【だい１きょうついこう；こうじょうとっき（だい１きょうついの）】 Upward projection from the lateral margin of the body of a cervical vertebra. Bone spurs ca. occasionally form here and impinge on the spinal nerves.(第１胸椎にしばしば頚椎におけると同様に、椎体の両側に椎体鈎が認められる。)
