顆上突起；上顆上突起Supracondylar process(Processus supracondylaris)

顆上突起；上顆上突起【かじょうとっき；じょうかじょうとっき】 Bone spur of phylogenetic origin that is occasionally found (1 %) at the medial border of the distal humerus.(顆上突起は系統発生的に意味がある。内側上顆の上方に顆上突起があって内側上顆と靱帯で結合され、その靱帯から円回内筋が起こり、この靱帯の下を上腕動脈と正中神経が通ることがあるというが、日本人でははなはだ少ないという。)
