回外筋稜【かいがいきんりょう】 Bony ridge extending distalward from the radial notch on the posterior surface of the shaft that gives origin to the supinator muscle.(尺骨の橈骨切痕の後縁から下方に向かい回外筋稜がはしる（この稜とその前で頭湖切痕の下にある粗な凹面とから回外筋が起こる）。)
