大転子間径【だいてんしかんけい】 Distance between the greater trochanters of each femur.(左右の大転子の最も外側へ突出している点間の直線距離。左右の大腿部の最も外側へ突出している点間の直線距離を最大寛幅（臀幅）ともいう。)
