前環椎後頭膜Anterior atlanto-occipital membrane(Membrana atlantooccipitalis anterior; Membrana atlantooccipitalis ventralis)

前環椎後頭膜【ぜんかんついこうとうまく】 Membranous connection between the anterior arch of the atlas and the occipital bone. It is situated in front of the apical ligament of the dens.(前環椎後頭膜は環椎の前弓と大後頭孔の前縁との間に張り、外側は環椎後頭関節の関節包に達する。弾性線維を含み、中部は前縦靱帯の線維が加わるために特に厚い。この膜のつづきにあたるものが環椎前弓と軸椎の椎体前面との間にあり、前環軸膜(JNA)と呼ばれることがある。)
