下腿骨間膜Interosseous membrane of leg(Membrana interossea cruris)

下腿骨間膜【かたいこつかんまく】 Fibrous plate that is attached to the interosseous borders of the fibula and tibia. Origin of the muscles of the tibia and fibula. Stabilizes the mortise formed by the lateral and medial malleoli.(下腿骨間膜は脛骨と腓骨の骨間縁を結合する。その線維はおもに脛骨から起こって腓骨に向かって斜めに下行するが、それと反対に走る線維束も見られる。上部には腓骨頭に近く前脛骨動脈を通す縦に長い孔があり、下端には腓骨動静脈の貫通枝を通す小さい孔がある。)
