輪帯（股関節の）Zona orbicularis of hip joint(Zona orbicularis articulationis coxae)

輪帯（股関節の）【りんたい（こかんせつの）】 Ringlike band that encircles the neck of the femur on the inner layer of the joint capsule. It is strengthened by external ligaments and helps secure the head of the femur in the acetabulum.(股関節の輪帯は関節包の内面で、深在の輪走線維が束となって大腿骨頚をとりまくように走るものをいう。上部は腸骨大腿靱帯、下部では坐骨大腿靱帯の深在性の線維と結合するから、寛骨臼から起こるワナ状の線維束とも記載されているが、いずれにせよ、輪になるところは骨と直接には結合しない。)
