坐骨大腿靱帯；坐骨嚢包靱帯Ischiofemoral ligament(Ligamentum ischiofemorale; Ligamentum ischiocapsulare)

坐骨大腿靱帯；坐骨嚢包靱帯【ざこつだいたいじんたい；ざこつのうじんたい】 Ligamentous fibers that spiral from the ischium above the neck of the femur to the trochanteric fossa and also radiate into the zona orbicularis. It limits internal rotation.(坐骨大腿靱帯は寛骨臼縁の後下部から起こり、関節包の後面と後下面を強めながら、らせん状に外下方に走り、大腿骨頚の下部から転子窩の付近にかけて着く。この付着部の付近では深在性の線維は輪帯に混入する（従って、輪帯は坐骨大腿靱帯のつづきであるという記載がされることもある）。)
