後半月大腿靱帯Posterior meniscofemoral ligament(Ligamentum meniscofemorale posterius)

Robert, Ligament of; Wrisberg, Ligament of後半月大腿靱帯【こうはんげつだいたいじんたい】 Band that extends posteriorly from the lateral meniscus to the fibular surface of the medial femoral condyle and lies posterior to the posterior cruciate ligament.(後十字靱帯と外側半月の後部を結ぶ線維束を後半月大腿靱帯という。後半月大腿靱帯は前半月大腿靱帯よりも高頻度で出現する（約３０％）。ひかくてきまれな場合には、両靱帯がともに現れることがある。前方で両半月は膝横靱帯によって結びつけられている。この靱帯は１０％の例では数条に分かれているのが認められる。)
