横足根関節Transverse tarsal joint(Articulatio tarsi transversa)

Chopart's joint横足根関節【おうそくこんかんせつ】 Joint line situated anterior to the talus and calcaneus, but proximal to the cuboid and navicular. It comprises the following two joints.(横足根関節は距踵舟関節の距骨と舟状骨の間の部と踵立方関節とを合わせて横足根関節という。しかしこれを作る二関節は位置平面上にはない。また、関節腔もそれぞれ独立していて、舟状骨と立方骨は骨間靱帯と背側、底側立方舟靱帯で結合される。『ショパールの関節』：距舟関節と踵立法関節とを合わせて呼ぶ。フランスの外科医Francois Chopart (1943-1795)の名前を冠する語句で、元来は足の切断部位である。)
