甲状腺挙筋【こうじょうせんきょきん】 Portion of the thyrohyoid muscle that extends to the thyroid gland.(不定ではあるが甲状線挙筋が、甲状舌骨筋の浅層の線維が種々に分かれたものであり、筋束は甲状舌骨筋の下部、甲状軟骨、その他の舌骨から起こり、甲状線狭部あるいは錐体葉に向かう。日本人では28%に出現し(Nishi)、アイヌ人では12体のうち11体に見られたという（渡辺左武郎：解剖学雑誌34(6,付)、1959）。)
