浅葉；浅頚筋膜（頚筋膜の）Investing layer of cervical fascia; Superficial layer of cervical fascia(Lamina superficialis (Fasciae cervicalis))

浅葉；浅頚筋膜（頚筋膜の）【せんよう；ひふくきんまく（けいきんまくの）】 Superficial layer of cervical fascia that surrounds the surface structures of the neck and continues as the nuchal fascia. It ensheathes the sternodeidomastoid and trapezius muscles and is attached to the manubrium of the sternum, clavicle, hyoid bone, and inferior margin of the mandible.(頚筋膜の浅葉は別名を浅頚筋膜Fascia cervicalis superficialisともいい広頸筋の下にあるうすい筋膜で胸鎖乳突筋を包み、上方は舌骨と下顎骨底につき、さらに顔面に延びて咬筋筋膜につづく。下方は鎖骨と胸骨上縁につく。胸鎖乳突筋の前縁より前では、浅葉より下にある気管前葉に重なり、この筋の後ろでは気管前葉に合して浅背筋膜につづく。なお浅葉のうち舌骨より上の部は、舌骨上筋を多うので舌骨上筋膜ともいい、その外側部は顎下三角を被い顎下腺を包む。なお、浅葉は胸鎖乳突筋下部の後縁で下頚静脈に貫かれる。)
