椎前葉（頚筋膜の）；深頚筋膜Prevertebral layer; Deep layer (of cervical fascia)(Lamina prevertebralis fasciae cervicalis; Fascia cervicalis profunda)

椎前葉（頚筋膜の）；深頚筋膜【ついぜんよう；しんけいきんまく（けいきんまくの）】 Deep layer of cervical fascia that extends from the cranial base over the prevertebral and scalene muscles. It encloses the nerve pathways to the arm and passes into the endothoracic fascia.(頚筋膜の椎前葉は別名を深頚筋膜Fascia cervicalis profundaともいい後頚筋を包む筋膜で、椎体と後頚筋すなわち椎前筋と斜角筋との前面を被う筋膜で、上方では頭蓋底に付き、下方は食道の後ろで胸内筋膜に連なる。外側部は斜角筋群を被い、後方は項筋膜に移行する。一部は斜角筋隙から出る腕神経叢と鎖骨下動脈を包んで腋窩にいたる。)
