頭棘筋Spinalis capitis muscle(Musculus spinalis capitis)

頭棘筋【とうきょくきん】 Inconstant muscle with fibers from the cervical and upper thoracic vertebrae. Insertion on the external occipital protuberance.(頭棘筋の起始は上位６～７個の胸椎と第７頚椎の棘突起、第４～６頚椎関節突起。停止は上下項線間の後頭骨。機能として脊柱の伸展、側方屈曲、回旋。骨盤の側方移動。神経支配は脊髄神経の後枝。動脈は肋間動脈の後枝。肋頚動脈の深頚枝から受ける。)
