腹膜外筋膜【ふくまくがいきんまく】 Connective-tissue layer that is not attached to the peritoneum. It can occur as an independent structure or envelop a complex structure.(腹膜外筋膜は壁側腹膜と内筋膜（腸腰筋、胸腰筋膜内板、腹横筋筋膜）の間にある疎性結合組織層で、その性質や稜は部位により様々で、例えば腎臓周囲では厚くて脂肪が多く前腹壁白線内部では薄く線維質である。)
