梨状筋筋膜Piriformis fascia(Fascia musculi piriformis)

梨状筋筋膜【りじょうきんきんまく】 Fascia investing the piriformis. It attaches to the sacrum near the anterior sacral foramina and is connected with the nerve sheaths surrounding the sacral nerves. Hence, it represents a prolongation of extraperitoneal connective tissue into the gluteal region.
