仙骨前筋膜Presacral fascia(Fascia presacralis)

仙骨前筋膜【せんこつぜんきんまく】 Area of connective tissue in front of the sacrum between the visceral pelvic fascia of the posterior wall of the rectum and the superior fascia of the pelvic diaphragm. It contains the sacral plexus.(仙骨前筋膜は仙骨と腸骨の間にある骨盤内筋膜で、仙骨前筋膜腔の前壁をなす。この腔には下腹神経叢が収まっている。)
