肘関節筋Articularis cubiti; Articularis cubiti muscle(Musculus articularis cubiti)

Lecomite's pronator of ulna肘関節筋【ちゅうかんせつきん】 Muscle fibers that extend from the triceps brachii and brachialis to the joint capsule. Tenses the joint capsule. I: Radial nerve.(肘関節には上腕の筋が働く。大まかには上腕筋と上腕二頭筋が肘を曲げ、上腕三頭筋が肘を伸ばすと考えてよい。このほか、腕頭骨筋も肘の屈曲作用をもち、上腕骨からおこる前腕筋の一部も肘の運動に働く。このため、上腕屈筋を支配する筋皮神経が麻痺しても腕頭骨筋や前腕屈筋が働くので、肘関節を軽く曲げることはできる。（イラスト解剖学）)
