外側区画；腓骨筋区画（下腿の）Lateral compartment of leg; Fibular compartment of leg; Peroneal compartment of leg(Compartimentum cruris laterale; Compartimentum cruris fibularium; Compartimentum cruris peroneorum)

外側区画；腓骨筋区画（下腿の）【がいそくくかく；ひこつきんくかく（かたいの）】 It is bounded by the deep fascia of the leg, anterior intermuscular septum of the leg, fibula, and posterior intermuscular septum of the leg.(下腿の腓骨筋群は外果の後をへて足の外側縁に向かい、その外反と底屈を行う。浅腓骨神経支配。腓骨の外側にあり、前、後下腿筋間中隔によって他の伸筋および屈筋と境される。また外果の後方と前下方で上、下腓骨筋支帯の下を腱鞘に包まれて通る。この筋群は外反の主力筋である。短腓骨筋は足背に停止するが、足の屈伸軸の後を通るので、足を底屈する作用がある。長腓骨筋も足の運動軸との関係はまったくおなじであるが、底側の内側部に停止し、足底弓を保つ働きがある。)
